Refund Policy
Vantmetry subscriptions are billed through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Free Trial
Every new account starts with a free trial. No payment information is required to start the trial. You are never charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the dashboard. After cancellation, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with Vantmetry, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds for renewal charges (after the first billing period) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We generally grant refunds for renewals if the request is made within 48 hours of the charge.
4. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Because Paddle processes all payments on our behalf, refunds are issued through Paddle. You may see "Paddle" or "Paddle.com" on your bank or credit card statement. If you have questions about a charge, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
